In the late 1980s, two feuding families are drawn back together when Wang Ying Rong, who has lost her factory job, rebuilds her life with the help of Zheng Min Jiang. As the two grow closer through hardship and entrepreneurship, old grudges slowly give way to reconciliation and love.
